About Erik Gundel
We often have a narrative we tell ourselves that we think covers the full story of our lives, and determines our future. Does this sound familiar? My approach to therapy is highly collaborative, and I feel that building a strong therapeutic relationship is fundamental in providing relief to what troubles you. I want to hear anything and everything about you, no matter how random or irrelevant it may seem to be at first; often there's great insight in what comes from the unconscious mind, and therapy is a safe space for it to come to the fore. I do love to talk and listen to people talk, but this isn't always the best or fastest way to get to the root of the issue.
