About Sult Family Medicine

I'm so excited to open a practice back in Rochester. For those of you who don't know me, I attended Medical school at Indiana University school of Medicine and did my residency in South Bend. My husband Johnny and I and our two children live west of Rochester near the town of Leiter's Ford. | I am so thrilled to be able to come back to practice in Rochester and provide an alternative to the current broken healthcare system. I firmly believe there is a better way to provide health care and plan to offer it at Sult Family Medicine. My practice will be Fulton County's first Direct Primary Care practice.
