Ingrown toenails are a painful condition that can cause redness, swelling, and infection in the affected area. If you are experiencing pain, swelling, or infection in your toenail, it is important to seek medical attention. Your doctor can help you determine the best course of treatment for your specific condition. We offer a variety of services to help treat ingrown toenails, including nail trimming, foot soaks, and surgical procedures. Treatment service includes a variety of treatments to help relieve pain, swelling, and infection associated with ingrown toenails. Our podiatrists can provide conservative treatments such as soaking the affected foot in warm water or wearing open-toed shoes to reduce pressure on the affected area. In some cases, antibiotics may be prescribed to treat the infection. If conservative treatments are not effective, surgery may be required to remove the ingrown portion of the nail. Our surgical services for ingrown toenails can be performed by a podiatrist in our office.
